The Notorious F.I.G.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5oz Fig Infused Stateside
- 1 bar spoon Fig Puree
- 1/2oz Lemon juice
- 1/2oz Simple
- Egg White
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients in a shaker and shake dry. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a Coupe or Martini Glass. Garnish with Lemon Peel and Sage Leaf.
